Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Rescheduling
If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of booking and the exam date is more than one month away, the exam may be rescheduled subject to availability in the next 6 weeks. A 25% rescheduling fee will apply.
If the exam date is less than one month away, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling is permitted, regardless of when the booking was made.
Medical Exceptions
In cases of severe illness, a reschedule may be permitted even if the exam date is less than one month away, provided that:
A valid medical certificate and proof of diagnosis are submitted; and
The documentation is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam.
Approved medical reschedules are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee and are granted at the sole discretion of the exam provider, subject to availability in the next 6 weeks.
No-Show or Late Arrival
Candidates who fail to attend the exam or arrive too late to sit the exam will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
